Had guest room with tea making facilities, a modern shower plus a brilliant mountain view. Particularly good location for enjoying restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel.

Really enjoyed it - the place is great value and suited me fine. The employees are EFFICIENT and exceptionally welcoming. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast and other meals. Of course, can recommend.

The room was a nice size, perfect and the bed was large. Slices of fresh bread, fruit, and bacon for breakfast were much appreciated. The location was perfect and excellent, for example, an old town was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption. This hotel was set in a shopping area. We ate at a terrific restaurant for breakfast and other meals.

Just next to city center and within walking distance from main touristic attractions in Funchal. Very quiet, located in low-traffic street. Balcony room with street view recommended. Nice terrase with swimming pool and pleasant view on the deck. Rooms very clean, nice and quite roomy bathroom.

The staff, when my friend lost his wallet the assistance he got from reception in my opinion was exceptional, they phoned a supermarket where the wallet was believed to have been lost, found bank card phone number and sent my friend a complementary bottle of sparkling wine and some nibbles. They also gave us excellent advise about local attractions and were very friendly throughout our stay and there English was excellent. The star receptionist was Nadia -- so, so helpful.-- also the hotel was in a geat location.

The venue is nicely presented, overall clean and the location is nice adjacent to drinks in an evening. Great-sized rooms with a balcony are accompanied by exceptional service.
